Rachel “Raquel” Levisssays she won’t hold anything back on her new podcastRachel Goes Rogue.

TheVanderpump Rulesalum, 29, announces her on-air debut with iHeartRadio and shares her plans to release a podcast detailing how she’s “emerged resilient and committed to personal growth” amid a “tumultuous year of intense public scrutiny.”

According to a press release, Leviss will “explore a spectrum of topics, mastering self-empowerment and navigating life’s challenges with grace and authenticity.”

The statement continues, “Every topic is on the table with Rachel confronting her truths, exposing secrets, and drawing strength from her continued transformations. She will also welcome prominent guests spanning the realms of entertainment, pop culture, mental health and self-help.”

“I’m Rachel Leviss,” she says, reintroducing herself in the trailer. “This might not be the return you’re expecting, but this coming January, you’ll hear my side of the story, and you may just be surprised what you find out.”

In March, Leviss made headlines whenher months-long affairwith costarTom Sandoval, 41, became public knowledge,endinghisnine-year relationshipwith Leviss’s friend and castmateAriana Madix, 38.

At the time, the former pageant queen exclusively issued a statement to PEOPLE that included an apology and a promise to focus on her well-being moving forward.

“I need to take care of my health, work on self growth and take time to be ok with being alone,” she said. “I care for Tom and I don’t want to label anything or predict what lies ahead. Right now I need to heal.”

A few weeks after taping the Bravo show’sexplosive season 10 reunion, Leviss checked into a mental health facility for what would ultimately be a90-day stay.

“Raquel and her family decided before the relationship was discovered that she would enter a voluntary facility for mental health counseling,” her rep told PEOPLE at the time. “She was scheduled to go in pre-reunion but decided she wanted to finish her filming commitment. Bravo and production were aware and in support of her journey towards better mental health.”
