Khloé Kardashian‘s 9-month-old daughter and her older cousin, 2, showed their appreciation for local firefighters at the Los Angeles County Fire Dept. Station 125 in Calabasas, California, on Monday.

True looked too cute in a pink tutu and unicorn headband, while Dream wore a sweet overall-style yellow dress over a long-sleeve black ensemble. The cousins posed for multiple snapshots, wearing wide smiles as they perched on a truck’s front bumper, in the driver’s seat and more.

“Yesterday we took the girls to our local fire station,” Khloé, 34, wrote on her Instagram story before sharing the adorable snapshots. “We wanted to say ‘Thank you’ toour local [heroes] for all they do for us!”

Their visit no doubt helped to show the family’s gratitude after the wildfires that swept through Southern California last fall, when Khloé stayed with brotherRob Kardashianand his daughter as she and her siblingsdocumented the devastation on social media.

The visit comes amid drama between Rob, 31, and exBlac Chyna, as the father of one was reportedly unable to reach Dream’s mom, 30, on Saturday after the latter jetted off on a Hawaiian vacation. Chynawas supposed to have custodyof the former couple’s daughter,TMZ reports.

“Chyna planned on having Dream stay with a nanny in L.A. while she was in Hawaii. Rob is mad because if either parent is out of town, the other parent is supposed to have the option to keep Dream longer,” a source told PEOPLE of theKeeping Up with the Kardashiansstar.

“Rob doesn’t want Dream to stay alone with a nanny while Chyna parties in Hawaii. This is what he is mad about. She needs to tell him when she won’t be in L.A. so Rob can keep Dream longer. Rob is getting his lawyer involved,” said the insider. “This situation’s not in Dream’s best interest.”

On Monday, officers and paramedics responded to the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Honolulu, Hawaii, following afight between Chyna and artist Kid Buuin a hotel suite. As a source told PEOPLE, “It was more of a, ‘He said, she said’ situation. They both had complaints to the police, but in the end no one was arrested or taken to the hospital.”

Over the weekend of Jan. 19, the Los Angeles Police Departmentresponded to a callabout a disturbance at Chyna’s home, a public information officer confirmed to PEOPLE.TMZreported that the caller alleged Chyna was drunk and unable to care for Dream.

“They always knew that Chyna wasn’t good for Rob and they’re just trying to keep him focused on his family, and not on his ex,” the source told PEOPLE. “They are aware of what she does, and they obviously arenot happy to hear that she’s getting in fightsor acting negatively.”

“They mostly care about what’s in Dream’s best interest, and in Rob’s,” the insider added of the KarJenner family.
