Gabrielle Unionran into some trouble on the jungle gym.
While enjoying some playground time with her youngest daughter,Kaavia James, 5, theBring It Onstar, 51, got stuck while attempting to slide down the slide — and shared a video of the moment on Instagram on Saturday.
The mom of two, who was carrying both a purse and Kaavia’s backpack, was going down the slide with her little one when the purse’s strap got stuck at the top of the structure.
The bag yanked her arm and left her stranded on the slide while her 5-year-old exited smoothly — and looked back at her actress mom to see what went wrong.
“It’s rare that I get caught up but the slide had other plans 😂,” the actress captioned the video.
She also shared the clip on her Instagram Story, where she wrote, “I almost ripped my arm out the socket 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was hurtin!”
Several stars commented on the hilarious — and fortunately injury-free — moment, including Jemele Hill, who said, “That slide wasn’t going to let you win,” andTia Mowry, who wrote, “Lmao!!!”
Union’s mother-daughter afternoon with Kaavia comes a couple of weeks after Turkey Day, when the duo spent some quality time with their whole family, includingDwyane Wadeand his daughterZaya. (Union is stepmom toWade’s childrenfrom past relationships, Zaya, 16, Zaire, 21, andXavier, 9.)
The familyhad a “Wade Thanksgiving” party, which the retired NBA star, 41, called his “favorite day of the year.”

In October, Union shared a more serious parenthood-related video on social media, in which sheopened up to her followers about her experience becoming a mom later in life.
In the clip, the10 Things I Hate About Youactress said she “became a mom at the right time,” because she has been able to “heal” from past traumas and not pass them on to her daughter.
“People always ask, ‘Is it worth it? Having kids later in life? There’s a lot that goes into that answer,” Union said, adding that “hell yeah, it’s been worth it.”
She went on to say that it has changed her life “in so many wondrous ways that it does make me wish I had done it earlier, just so I have even more time with Kaav.”

Union said she would not change the timing of her journey to motherhood, adding, “I became a mom at the right time, because I was healed.”
“And I had committed to healing eternally, so I didn’t pass all that generational trauma onto Kaav And had I been a day younger, even, certainly 10, 15, 20 years before, I would have passed along way too many traumatic things to my child,” she continued.
“I didn’t really get into healing from all of my traumas, healing my soul, healing my aura, if you will. I wasn’t in a place to even take care of myself, much less our little miracle,” she said. “So for me, it’s absolutely worth it.”
“She is the best thing that’s ever happened to me,” she added of Kaavia.
