The Park Avenue Hotel in Detroit was recently demolished andTheGadgetGuy11’sdrone was there to capture the awful aery views . It ’s really nerveless to see the building up close and then see it pretty much get outright select down in a cloud of smoke and ash .

build in 1924 , the building was list on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006 . It was also know as Salvation Army Harbor Light Center .
The building is also very well known by the prominent “ Zombieland ” graffiti which invest its top .
The construction was acquired by the evolution arm of Olympia Entertainment and the Detroit Historic District Commission approved its demolition to make way for the freight loading dock for the New Detroit Arena , which will become the novel home of the Detroit Red Wings .
