And I reckon at that as an upside opportunity for us . ”

The thought of super - riotous PC processors ( even if they are Intel ’s “ lowest - power ” chips ) being used in smartphones makes me all jittery with prediction . But running Windows 8 itself in smartphones , as well as PCs and tablets ? Just because they could do it , I very much doubt Microsoft would just down off Windows Phone 7 — a political platform they’veinvested$500 million into on advertising alone — just like that .
