World Wildlife Day was March 3 , and the International Fund for Animal Welfare lionise the case with its annual International Youth Art Contest . Now , the winning artworks have been take from a grouping of 15 semi - finalists . These selections were made from over 3,000 entries submit from 141 countries and sovereign country . The theme of this year ’s competitor was “ Connecting citizenry and Planet : Exploring Digital Innovation in Wildlife Conservation , ” and subjects of the submission featured metal money that are supervise by tech like television camera traps and trailing devices .
