The TikTok star, 22, posted aphotoon Instagram Friday of herself sharing a passionate kiss with the NFL player for his 28th birthday.
In the social media snap, which appeared to mark the pair going Instagram official after months of speculation over theirrelationship status, Earle had her arms wrapped around Berrios, as the pair kissed while he carried her.

Earle has referred to Berrios as “NFL man” several times in her TikTok videos, as she has posted loved-up clips of the pair together in recent weeks.
The steamy photo of the pair comes after they made their red carpet debut together in July at the 2023ESPY Awards— though a source shared with PEOPLE shortly afterward that the pair are “not exclusive” and are “keeping things casual.”
A representative for both Earle and Berrios did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment on their relationship status.

Speculation over Earle and Berrios’ relationship began in March after Earle shared in a video that she was getting ready for a sushi dinner date. In the weeks that followed, she dropped many hints about her mystery man without revealing his identity — though fans soon picked up on who he was.
Berrios’ ex,Sofia Culpo, indirectly confirmed her breakup with him at the time on social media, which led to more dating speculation between the pair.
Later in June, Earle posted a TikTok video of her on a“fun date night”cooking dinner at home with Berrios. That same month,The Culpo Sistersstar, 26, appeared to accuse Berrios of “love bombing” her in acaption on TikTok. Cheating rumors also surfaced at the time, whichBerrios denied.

Last month, Earle — who is known for her “Get Ready With Me” (GRWM) videos on TikTok — shared “GRWM” videos of herattending Berrios’ Miami Dolphins gameagainst the Denver Broncos at the Hard Rock Stadium.
“NFL man got me and, like, seven of my friends tickets to go,” Earle said in the video as she did her makeup.
The social media star also revealed to fans in the clips that she met Berrios’ mom and family for the first time over the weekend. “I also met NFL man’s mom for the first time yesterday,” Earle said. “Leave it to me to embarrass myself.”
She detailed that she “shoved” food in her mouth after Berrios’ mom encouraged her to eat, and when she “laughed,” she said she spat “ham out of my mouth across the room.”
“I tried to laugh it off, but I really wanted to, like, shoot myself,” Earle said.
