Architect Fernando Herrera has a solution to the problem of how to ramp up houses that can live California earthquakes . He ’s advise that we make menage out of flexible strands of fabric that can bend like brawniness . When a temblor hits , the house will move with the Earth and stay intact .
concord toarchitecture magazine eVolo :
The house is an accruement of materialise contours or “ strands ” that resonate from the topography and is a presupposition of the seismic activity that is yoke with the region . acute and relaxed bundling of the chain define fenestration and walls where the bundling hand open .

The house basically becomes part of the landscape painting , move along with it . And its intact structure , from wall to windows , is woven from strands of a futuristic material that looks — at least from these images — like beautiful yarn structures .
A similar housecame from the imaginations of students Keyla Hernandez and Jason Orbe - Smith as well . Currently these mansion are just concepts — but one mean solar day , earthquake - prone California cities like Los Angeles and San Francisco might look just like packet of knitwork . you may see more plans for both house below .
